How do I get to and from the port of Miami?
Free transportation on our shuttle buses is provided to and from the Port of Miami, all terminals are served. . Shuttle Buses take passengers from our location to the cruise terminal every 30 minutes between 10:00 AM to 2:45 PM. Shuttle Buses pick up passengers returning from their cruises between 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM The last Shuttle Bus departs to the Port of Miami at 2:30 PM in order to be at the Port of Miami by 3:00 PM. but you can pick up and drop off your vehicle from and to our location 24 hours a day.

Proof of Purchase Requirements
You must present your Reservation Confirmation to receive your quoted price and credit for your online payment. If you do not present your Reservation Confirmation to the parking lot, you will not get credit for your online payment and this online payment will not be refunded at a later date. Reservation Confirmation was emailed to you right after you have made parking reservation. If you have not received Reservation Confirmation via email, print it here

How and when do I pay?
You pay online a small part (usually less than 10%) of your total parking amount to reserve your spot at the parking lot, but for the following 3 month we will not charge any percentage at time of reservation we will charge all reservation at our office. The remainder (the "Pay at Lot" price) you will pay at the parking facility. Our parking affiliates accept cash and all major credit cards.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Reservations can be cancelled or changed anytime before the start of the reservation. If reservation is cancelled your payment will be fully refunded to the credit card you used to book this reservation. All reservation can be change or cancel by email or by calling our office

How do I get to and from the airport?
Free transportation on shuttle buses is provided to and from the airport, all terminals are served. Please allow 10-15 minutes for check-in and transportation to your terminal, unless otherwise stated on your Parking Confirmation. Most airlines recommend arriving at the terminal 1.5 to 3 hours before your flight departure time. When making a reservation, please enter the time you wish to arrive at the parking lot (NOT your flight departure and arrival times). Upon your return, there are courtesy phones in the baggage area or a phone number on your claim check to call for pick-up. Our driver are dispatched on demand only, please call us after you have your baggage with you.

Are the parking lots secure?
The parking lot are fenced, lighted and secure. Our facility offer covered or indoor. Parking lot is open 7 days a week from: 4:00 AM to 1:00 AM.

I have never received a confirmation email. What should I do?
If you made a parking reservation and have not received a confirmation email, it was most likely blocked by your email program. Check you spam folder. Confirmation email is not required. Simply print your reservation confirmation from our website or contact us.

Yes, oversized vehicle rate of $3.50 per day apply to extended cab pickup trucks, full-sized SUVs, and 12-15 passenger vans.
